Part 1: Lean Six Sigma

Appropriate for all levels of the organization, this introductory course provides a high-level overview of the fundamental concepts of Lean Six Sigma. It describes the Lean Six Sigma methodology, the role of a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and what it takes to create a successful Lean Six Sigma culture.
Part 2: Change Management
The human aspect of leading a project is often much more challenging than the technical aspect. This course discusses how to manage the human aspect of change, the role of the project leader in leading change, and how to identify and manage stakeholders.
Part 3: Innovation & Design
Innovation and Design is the effective way to find new ways to solve old problems and develop products and services that your clients desire most. In this course, business leaders will learn why innovation is critical to the long-term success of their business. They will also learn the key principles of innovation and how it works with existing process improvement programs.
