It's that time of year again and Trevor Manuel has made his 13^th budget speech since taking on the position of Minister of Finance. In a challenging financial climate both nationally and globally, this year's Budget was probably the most significant.

In a struggling economy, the National Budget has implications for you as an individual and for your business, so take the time to read it. This year has presented a mixed bag of good and bad news, with some tax relief for taxpayers and penalties for "sinners".
